2017 has been quite the ride so far. As an athlete with a family that continues to grow, the time I once had in each day, dwindles away. My organizational skills have truly been put to the test in order to lock down a race schedule that won’t affect all of the other exciting, but hectic events going on in our lives. With a growing work load, a new/old house( reno’s galore), a very active 2 yr old daughter and the anticipation of a new addition to our family ( I will touch on this in the weeks to come! Haha) expected toward the end of this year, I have had to shuffle things around a few times.
I am happy to say that I would like to finally announce my race schedule for 2017!
June.3 Oakville MuscleMLK 10k running race
June.24 Welland Rose City Triathlon – Sprint Duathlon (2.5k/20k/5k)
June.27 Grimsby Peachbud 10km running race

This may look like an ambitious schedule, but I feel with such a great team of supporters behind me, I can truly focus on continuing to develop myself into the athlete I strive to become! I am excited to announce I will be a part of the Multisport Canada Ambassador Team, for the Skechers Performance Triathlon Series again for 2017 as a Duathlete, here to help new comers to our sports and to be an advocate for all things Triathlon and Duathlon! I will also be racing with continued and new support, as a Sponsored Athlete with Sport Chek, Skechers Performance, BLADE Carbon Wheels and County Cycle. You all have given me opportunities, I will be forever grateful for and I look forward to making you proud to stand behind me this year. Happy Training!
